We're pleased to announce that Rta Labs (Auralith Inc.) OMNI is now available on Google Cloud Marketplace, our agentic AI platform for deploying specialized agents on your own data.
For the enterprises we talk to, the hardest part of adopting AI is everything around the model: scoping the workflow, connecting the systems, governing what the agent is allowed to do, and getting the spend through procurement. Today's announcement removes the procurement half of that sentence entirely.
What does Marketplace availability mean if you run on Google Cloud?
Subscribing through Google Cloud Marketplace means OMNI arrives the way your infrastructure already does:
- One bill, no new vendor. OMNI is purchased through your existing Google Cloud account. No separate vendor onboarding, no new payment relationship, no procurement cycle for a new supplier.
- Draws down committed spend. Marketplace purchases count toward your committed Google Cloud spend, so adopting OMNI consumes budget you have already allocated.
- Usage-metered billing. Add-ons and overage are metered through Google's billing infrastructure. The meter and the invoice come from the same place.
What does OMNI do?
OMNI deploys specialized AI agents trained on your own documents and your own task conventions. Instead of sending every request to a general-purpose model at per-request prices, OMNI trains a compact specialist on how your business actually labels, routes, and processes its work. The routine majority of requests resolve locally, and only genuinely uncertain cases escalate to a frontier model for review.
The result, measured on our published benchmarks against a current pro-tier frontier model: accuracy held or improved on in-distribution work, at 24 to 82 times lower cost per request and 10 to 41 times lower latency, with 85 to 99% of requests never leaving the deployment. Methodology, fairness controls, and the domains where the trade-offs run the other way are published in full. We benchmark in the open, losses included.
Every agent ships with the controls enterprise teams ask about first: tiered capability levels from read-only through autonomous, guardrails with owner approval for consequential actions, per-tenant isolation, and no training on your data for anyone else's benefit.
